Disconnect and request deletion.

The current demo has no connected Amazon account or uploaded customer dataset. For contact correspondence, email the privacy address below; the live-data workflow described here is not yet activated.

Revocation stops future synchronization. Deletion removes eligible stored Amazon data and records the completion evidence.

1. Revoke authorization

Use the product connection settings or Amazon’s application authorization controls to revoke access. When authorization is live, the application marks the connection revoked and removes its usable refresh token.

2. Request deletion

Email zhaojianhong@zach-hub.com from an authorized company address. Include the workspace and seller connection, but do not include tokens or buyer information.

3. Verify the request

We verify the requester’s authority before deleting data. This prevents one user from deleting another company’s workspace.

4. Complete and record

Eligible business data is deleted from active systems and handled in backups according to the published lifecycle. Required security and legal records are retained only for their applicable period. A completion reference is provided.
