Service agreement
What the product does, and what remains under seller control.
Service terms
Demonstration access only until live services are approved and separately contracted. Sample outputs are not customer results, performance guarantees or instructions to execute advertising or shipment changes.
Authorized use
The service may access only the seller entities, application roles, and features that an authorized customer enables. Customers must not share Amazon passwords, browser cookies, or one-time verification codes with us.
Service boundary
The product provides data connection, tenant-isolated diagnostics, and human-reviewable recommendations. It does not combine unrelated sellers' data, train models on Amazon Information or Materials, automate a Seller Central browser session, or make autonomous changes to listings, prices, advertising, inventory, or financial settings.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining lawful Amazon accounts, choosing appropriate users, reviewing recommendations, and promptly revoking access when it is no longer required.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, expired authorization, misuse, legal requirements, or non-payment under an applicable order. Termination stops synchronization and activates the documented retention and deletion process.
Amazon relationship
Tongxiang Technology is operated by 深圳市通项科技有限公司 and is not Amazon. No page or product name should imply Amazon endorsement.
